I was reading a favorite blog, Joe. My. God. Joe posted this story about a cure for AIDS via a Bone Marrow Transplant . Nothing is definite the original article states a couple of interesting things. First of all the Bone Marrow Donor seems to have a natural immunity to HIV. So it's not just anyone without HIV can donate the donor would have to have a natural immunity.
